Lumber that does not meet Excel's strict standards is returned to the supplier to be sold to other customers. All construction takes place inside each of the plants so that none of the materials are subjected to weather prior to the completion of the units. And, all structures meet BOCA or CABO national building codes which are often more demanding than local codes. We now have a greater ability to customize and even more options than before.
