Mountain Brook Homes Inc., to better serve our community by providing a more energy efficient environmentally sustainable, healthy conscience home, has recently joined The Western North Carolina Green Building Counsel.
We have, for several years, offered Energy Star compliant homes. We feel that now, with the rising cost of energy and the environmental impact of building, it is time to take it to a higher level.
Modular Homes and Green Building are a natural fit! Modular building by design already utilizes less material a vast reduction in wasted materials over traditional field building as well as controlled enviroment building and a reduction in energy needed to build your home.
